If I can make someone smile or perhaps get a smile on MY face when I open my mailbox (which not one day goes by that I don't HOPE to find something FUN popping out of my mailbox) then I think I've done my job and tried to make the world is a BETTER place by making just one person happy! Addresses are sometimes altered for protection so the overall visual of the envelope may or may not be the way it was.

Address Labels.... stickers

These stickers are 1.25" in size and come in all different colors

A full sheet is 8.5x 11 and I usually cut them into a manageable size of 4x6
or thereabouts...

Since they primarily are darker colors, I like to use Dr. Martin's
Bleedproof white or Copperplate gold on them.... with a pointed pen

Each one is individually designed and hand calligraphed/written

I purchase them from Paper Source (Locally, in Austin on 5th Street)
They can also be found ONLINE

These cuties make a nice "seal" on the back of my envelope

Also, gives the envelope a personal touch
I make these up ahead of time to put on my envelopes

They are all hand done....a little whimsical and
a little quirky! (like me)

And, then, they are ready when I need them.  I
sometimes do these while I am talking on the phone or
am "getting the creative juices flowing".

Left handed renderings *(addresses altered for protection)

The names were done with a parallel pen left handed.. (I'm right handed).
She has since moved...so this is an defunct address.

They sure added a different, fun look to the whole thing.. TRY IT!

After learning how to make pots with Connie Ferguson at Legacies I in
Dallas, 2005, I fell in love with the process.  This was one of the
cards I made for a friend's birthday!

Watercolors are so fun!

This is my OLD neighbor!

Here are a bunch of envelopes for a Pointed pen exchange.... a few years ago.

Recent envies and cards

Addresses altered for protection

I received this, one day recently, out of the blue from my friend Judy Hovde.

This was on the inside... what a nice surprise!
